Engine Claim Rule

If a car is dominating in a class, it's engine is eligible for claim by any other driver in the division that finishes in the top
three on the date of claim.

To claim another drivers engine:

1.  Must post $1,000.00 (Cash) and the operating engine from his/her car.

2.  Engine and running assembly, carburetor to oil pan, water pump to flywheel.

The track may also make this claim.  Claim the dominate cars engine, in exchange with a engine built to the specifications
and $500.00.

The $1,000.00 is dispersed in the following manor:

a.  Claimed Car:  $500.00
b.  Official that pulls both engines:  $200.00
c.  Track Fund:  $300.00

The track makes the decision that a car is or is not eligible for engine claim.
